These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Twitter Growth Optimizer ("the Service"), operated by Vora Ventures. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptable Use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Service to harass, stalk, or harm any individual.
- Attempt to analyze private or protected Twitter/X accounts without authorization.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate bulk requests to the Service.
- Use the Service in any way that violates Twitter/X's Terms of Service or applicable laws.
- Resell or redistribute analysis results as a competing data product without written permission.
2. No Guarantee of Analytics Accuracy
The analytics, metrics, and recommendations provided by the Service are derived from publicly available Twitter/X data via the Twitter/X API. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any analysis.
Twitter/X may limit, delay, or alter the data available through their API at any time, which may affect the quality of results. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on information provided by the Service.
3. Subscription Terms
The Service offers a free tier (1 analysis) and a Pro subscription tier (unlimited analyses and advanced features).
- Free tier: One analysis per browser session at no cost. No account required.
- Pro tier: $15/month (or current pricing displayed at checkout), billed monthly via Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time via the "Manage Plan" option in the app or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Pricing may change with 30 days' notice to subscribers.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time Pro subscribers. If you are unsatisfied within 7 days of your initial payment, contact us at venturesvora@gmail.com for a full refund.
After the 7-day window, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Partial-month refunds are not provided upon cancellation.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Vora Ventures and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reproduce the Service without written permission.
Twitter/X data accessed through the Service remains subject to Twitter/X's terms and policies.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vora Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify Pro subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
